Alton Towers hat Baupläne für einen Umbau des Air Shops eingereicht. Der Ausgang soll demnach auf eine andere Seite des Gebäudes verlagert werden, sodass nach einem Umbau genug Platz für ein neues Restaurant ist. Es wurde zwar nicht bestätigt, aber die dem Antrag beigefügten Pläne lassen eindeutig auf eine Restaurant ala Food Loop schließen

Head Chef - New Concept Restaurant

We are the Alton Towers Resort and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!​

We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

2016 is going to be an exciting year for Food & Beverage at the Alton Towers Resort! We're opening a UK's first restaurant, which is a brand new concept for us. To head up the kitchen team, we're looking for a forward thinking, dynamic Head Chef, who can take on the project and run with it through pre-opening, opening and into the future. This is a one of a kind opportunity to join this project right from the outset.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• An experienced Head Chef or Senior/Sous Chef
• Experience of menu development
• Experience of a new opening would be beneficial, but not essential
• Excellent food hygiene background, with demonstrated experience
• Excellent team management skills

The role is full time, permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
